Meetings Information
Information and documents regarding council meetings
The Parish Council meetings are usually held in the Village Hall, Gamston, starting at 7.15pm.
* One meeting every year, usually in July, is held in St. Edmunds Church, Holme Pierrepoint.
Members of the public are all very welcome to attend. If you wish to attend one of the meetings please contact the clerk at clerk@hpgpc.org.uk. If you wish to participate then please read our “Rules for Public Participation at Parish Council Meetings” document, available below.
Agendas for these meetings will be posted in advance on the community display boards.
